# Every Friend Group Got The Fujoshi Every Friend Group Got The Fujoshi is a four-panel sorting meme that began spreading on Tumblr in May 2023, using Nichijou characters labeled Fujoshi, Transgender Allegory, Autistic Individual, and Struggler. By late summer 2023, Reddit and Twitter accounts were applying the same four archetypes to casts from Limbus Company, Project Sekai, Malcolm in the Middle, and Succession. ## Origin In May 2023, a Tumblr post using Nichijou characters captioned "Every friend group got the Fujoshi, Transgender Allegory, Autistic Individual and Struggler" began circulating[5]. Tumblr user fmet was credited as the original poster, though the URL to the supposed source links to a different image[2]. An early reblog by user bubblepunk99s dates to May 21, 2023[1]. The original post gathered over 12,000 notes within five months[5]. - **Platform:** Tumblr (origin) / Reddit, Twitter (viral spread) - **Creator:** Unknown - **Date:** 2023 ## Overview The format sorts four characters from a single piece of pop culture into fixed slots: the Fujoshi who ships male characters, the Transgender Allegory who reads as trans-coded, the Autistic Individual who fits a hyperfixated or socially blunt figure, and the Struggler who is visibly going through it[5]. Fans assign specific characters to each role, often sparking debate about who gets which label. Anime casts dominate the format, though Western shows and video game ensembles work too[1]. A typical post is a single composite image, four portraits in a row with each archetype written underneath. Captions sometimes vary the first slot, producing titles like Every Family Got The Fujoshi or Every Friend Group Got The X[5]. Jokes land hardest when a cast cleanly fits all four slots, so posts tend to come from fandoms with large character rosters. ## Frequently Asked Questions ### What is Every Friend Group Got The Fujoshi?
