# I'm The Biggest Bird I'm The Biggest Bird is a SoundCloud rap song by ✞SAINT MERCATØR⚜️✨🕊 that went viral on TikTok in December 2022 after listeners joked it sounded like Kevin Gates rapping about prehistoric birds. The track spawned a wave of ironic remixes including I'm The Biggest Munch, Dog and Cat, making it one of the stranger TikTok sound trends of late 2022. ## Origin On November 28th, 2022, SoundCloud artist ✞SAINT MERCATØR⚜️✨🕊 uploaded the track "Da biggest bird🦤🦩🦚🦅🕊[EZZIEWTF]," which pulled roughly 65,900 plays and 5,700 likes in its first eleven days[1]. The track lived quietly on SoundCloud until a TikTok screen-recording pulled it into mainstream rotation. On December 3rd, 2022, TikToker happyproudcitizen posted a screen recording of the SoundCloud player with the overlay "THEY DONE GOT KEVIN GATES ON A PLUGGNB BEAT 😭😭😭," piling up around 237,500 plays and 34,800 likes in six days[2]. The Kevin Gates comparison was the catalyst. Within days other users were using the audio as a TikTok sound rather than just reacting to the SoundCloud rip[6]. - **Platform:** SoundCloud (song) / TikTok (viral spread) - **Creator:** ✞SAINT MERCATØR⚜️✨🕊 - **Date:** 2022 ## Overview I'm The Biggest Bird, also known as I'm Da Biggest Bird, is a pluggnb-style rap track by SoundCloud artist ✞SAINT MERCATØR⚜️✨🕊 in which he repeatedly declares himself the biggest bird, with references scattered toward prehistoric birds[1]. The song's appeal on TikTok was fully ironic. Listeners insisted the vocals sounded uncannily like Kevin Gates or Summrs delivering absurd lyrics over a melodic beat, and the mismatch between the serious trap-adjacent production and the goofy bird boasting became the whole joke[2]. Most videos using the sound fall into two buckets. The first is pure reaction content, where TikTokers screen-record the SoundCloud player and caption it with disbelief at how bad yet catchy it is[2]. The second is bird-themed role-play, with users flashing a bird hand gesture or pairing the audio with images of cassowaries, dodos and other oversized birds[3]. By late December 2022 the format split into a family of parody tracks, including I'm The Biggest Munch, I'm The Biggest Dog and I'm The Biggest Cat, each swapping the bird premise for a different noun[4][5]. ## How It Spread After the happyproudcitizen upload[2], the sound detached from its original post and became its own template. On December 4th, 2022, TikToker weluvvjimmy filmed himself proclaiming "i'm the biggest bird" with a bird hand gesture, pulling about 39,900 plays and 10,300 likes in five days[6]. The next day SAINT MERCATØR himself joined in, posting a TikTok of the audio paired with prehistoric bird images and the caption "typa shii i been on," which brought in roughly 34,800 plays[3]. The song jumped platforms on December 9th, 2022, when Twitter user liigles reposted a screen recording with the caption "Niggas hop in the studio and say anything 😭💀," earning around 466,100 views and 33,200 likes in three days[7]. From there the remix cycle kicked off. A leaked mayabuckets remix circulated via TikToker livergonepurple on December 12th, and on December 18th, fwmarkusyo posted a mashup of that remix with a slowed version of the original, picking up about 120,600 likes in sixteen days[8]. The parody spin-offs arrived next. On December 13th, 2022, TikToker just_chr1ssy posted "I'm The Biggest Munch," a nod to Ice Spice's slang, which pulled roughly 92,600 likes in three weeks[4]. TikToker qxuanzl followed with "I'm The Biggest Dog" on December 21st (around 78,700 likes)[9], and luvbabyj13 posted the biggest-cat version on December 24th[5]. SAINT MERCATØR's official music video, in which he wears a full bird costume and chases other birds, was uploaded to YouTube by the channel Jmoney1041 on January 18th, 2023, and racked up roughly 1.1 million views and 68,000 likes in three weeks[10]. ## Frequently Asked Questions ### What is I'm The Biggest Bird?
