# It's Always 2 Dumb Bitches Telling Each Other "Exactlyyyyy" It's Always 2 Dumb Bitches Telling Each Other "Exactlyyyyy," also known as It Be 2 Dumbass Girls Telling Each Other "Exactlyyyy," is a catchphrase used to caption image macros of two figures replying "exactly" to each other. X user @pinkfr1day coined the earliest wording in March 2023, and by January 2024 posters were slapping the drawn-out version onto stuffed dolls, movie stills, and political photo ops. ## Origin X user @pinkfr1day posted the first documented version on March 20th, 2023, writing "it b 2 dumbass girls (i'm one of them) telling each other 'exactly'"[1]. That tweet collected more than 14,000 likes over the following 10 months and set the pattern every later variation copied[6]. - **Platform:** X / Twitter (viral spread on Instagram and TikTok) - **Creator:** @pinkfr1day - **Date:** 2023 ## Overview The joke rests on two people, cartoon characters, animals, or inanimate objects posed as the titular "2 dumb bitches" nodding at each other with a trailing "exactlyyyyy." Posters stretch the final syllable to mock the way friends agree enthusiastically without thinking it through, though the self-deprecation runs both ways since many women posting the catchphrase openly identify as one of the two[6]. Captioned subjects range from a real screenshot of Elon Musk replying "Exactly" to a J.K. Rowling tweet[5] to fictional pairs like the leads of the 2023 film Bottoms[8]. Inanimate pairings also carry the format, including two stuffed dolls staged in agreement[10]. ## How to Use Posters typically grab an image of two subjects shown agreeing, whether people, cartoon characters, animals, or props, and caption it with the "2 dumb bitches telling each other exactlyyyyy" line. Repeating the final "y" is standard, and self-deprecating captions are common. ## Frequently Asked Questions ### What is It's Always 2 Dumb Bitches Telling Each Other "Exactlyyyyy"?
