Although the original video was later deleted, it survives through a duet from TikToker @gaelvm1412 published September 1, 2020, which drew roughly 112,500 plays and 4,700 likes over three years[1]. - **Platform:** TikTok (origin) / YouTube (viral 3D animation) - **Creator:** @frankypinto24 (earliest known poster) - **Date:** 2020 ## Overview Los Pingüinos Me La Van a Mascar refers to a bootleg Spanish redub of DreamWorks' Penguins of Madagascar in which the four penguins get the mangled names Kawazaki, Cago, Krico and Estriper[6]. In the signature clip, the speaker lists the names deadpan and then breaks up laughing at 'Estriper,' which sounds like the English word 'stripper'[1]. The audio became a reusable TikTok sound titled 'Nunca supe cómo se decía,' credited to Mau Sandria[6]. Users crop, restylize and recut a 3D animation of the penguins mouthing the lines as an exploitable backdrop for jokes unrelated to the original dub[7]. ## How to Use Edits typically layer the Mau Sandria audio over a cropped version of the Raptorcito Films 3D animation, swapping the backdrop or captions to make the penguins appear to react to an unrelated joke[7][9]. A common convention is cutting the clip right before the narrator laughs at 'Estriper' for a punchline beat. ## Frequently Asked Questions ### What is Los Pingüinos Me La Van a Mascar?
