# Pedro.exe

Pedro.exe is a parody creepypasta character from Roblox showing a Latino avatar in sunglasses and a Tails Christmas shirt, appearing to possess a player named pedropaulo25471. A May 2021 screenshot posted to r/GoCommitDie sparked years of remixes, and by December 2024 the character was added as a playable skin in the Roblox horror game Forsaken.

## Origin
On May 5, 2021, Redditor u/LeoTheEpicBrazilian posted the screenshot to r/GoCommitDie under the title 'Oh no Pedro.exe is here,' where it collected more than 1,300 upvotes[1]. The post captured a Roblox chat exchange in which pedropaulo25471 pleads for help before being cut off by Pedro.exe's HAHAHA line.

The original Roblox player who authored the chat log is unconfirmed, and Pedro.exe is a fan construction rather than an official Roblox character. Know Your Meme documents u/LeoTheEpicBrazilian as the earliest known poster of the image that gave the character its name[2].

## Overview
Pedro.exe, also referred to by the username Pedropaulo25471, is a parody of Sonic.exe style creepypasta villains, rebuilt inside Roblox. The character wears sunglasses and a Tails t-shirt reading 'Merry Christmas,' and the joke rides on how unthreatening the avatar looks next to the sinister '.exe' naming convention[2].

The original image shows a chat log where pedropaulo25471 types 'HELP ME PLZ IS PE---' before Pedro.exe interrupts with 'I here HAHAHA,' a possession beat lifted straight from Sonic.exe fan fiction[1]. Fan edits lean into that contrast, using heavy red filters, glitch overlays and eerie soundtracks on top of the goofy Latino avatar. Later remixes stretched the premise into animations and crossover scenes with other Roblox lore figures[3].
