# Poob Has It For You Poob Has It For You is a catchphrase from a March 2024 Tumblr post by @orcboxer listing fake streaming services with silly names like Poob, Heebee, and Tubu. The joke poked fun at the odd branding of real streamers like Hulu and Tubi, spreading slowly on Tumblr before taking off in early 2025 when parody accounts like @Poob-Official began posting as the fictional service. ## Origin On March 24, 2024, Tumblr user @orcboxer posted a short block of dialogue listing fake streaming services, including the lines "It's on Tubu. It's literally on Heebee" and "Poob has it for you"[1]. The post riffed on real services with awkward names like Hulu, Tubi, Pluto TV, and Hoopla, and gathered over 100,000 notes within a year[4]. The original post is credited as the first appearance of the "Poob" character and the catchphrase that stuck with it[4]. @orcboxer has not been publicly identified beyond the Tumblr handle. - **Platform:** Tumblr (origin) / Tumblr (viral spread) - **Creator:** @orcboxer (Tumblr) - **Date:** 2024 ## Overview A typical post in this format reads like someone casually recommending a show, except every service name is nonsense. The original riff goes, "Have you seen the new show? It's on Tubu. It's literally on Heebee. Poob has it for you," rattling off invented streamers that sound close enough to Hulu, Tubi, and Hoopla to be plausible[1]. The humor leans on how absurd real streaming brand names already sound, so adding Poob, Gumpy, or Heebee to the list barely registers as fake. Variations stack the fake names into longer lists, splice in jokes about region locking, or crossover with other Tumblr memes[3]. Parody accounts posing as Poob itself add another layer, treating the fictional service as if it were a real company responding to user complaints[5]. The joke works best when delivered with total deadpan, as if the speaker genuinely cannot remember which streamer carries what. ## Frequently Asked Questions ### What is Poob Has It For You?
