# Rhinoplasty, Lip Filler, Cheek Implants, Chin Implant, Jaw Shave On January 4th, 2023, Twitter user @thvstreets quote retweeted side-by-side photos of TXT member Choi Yeonjun with a long list of fake surgeries, mocking the idea that puberty alone could explain his glow-up[1]. Within days, the caption became a reusable joke for before-and-after images, with Bad Bunny and Beyoncé pairings racking up tens of thousands of likes by mid-January[2][5]. ## Origin Twitter user @thvstreets posted the original caption on January 4th, 2023, quote retweeting a pair of photos showing TXT member Choi Yeonjun before and after puberty[1]. Their tweet read "rhinoplasty, lip filler, cheek implants, chin implant, jaw shave, brow bone reduction, buccal fat removal, botox and eye lift" and gathered roughly 2,800 likes in its first 13 days[3]. The framing, fans refusing to credit natural aging for an idol's appearance, set the template that later posters copied. - **Platform:** Twitter - **Creator:** @thvstreets - **Date:** 2023 ## Overview A full-form post lists the fake procedures in sequence, usually starting with "rhinoplasty, lip filler, cheek implants, chin implant, jaw shave," and sometimes extending through "brow bone reduction, buccal fat removal, botox and eye lift"[3]. Posters slap the caption onto a quote retweet of two images, treating any visible difference between a before and after shot as proof of elaborate cosmetic work. Subjects run from K-pop idols to cartoon characters to pop stars, which is part of the joke, since the same accusation gets leveled at Puss in Boots and Beyoncé alike[4][5]. The tone sits between sincere skepticism of celebrity glow-ups and deadpan absurdity when the "before" photo shows, for example, an animated cat[4]. ## Frequently Asked Questions ### What is Rhinoplasty, Lip Filler, Cheek Implants, Chin Implant, Jaw Shave?
