# Today I Will Eat Two Corn Dogs "Today I Will Eat Two Corn Dogs" is a crude drawing of a shouting skeleton (or grim reaper) gripping two corn dogs beneath text declaring that it will eat both. The image macro surfaced on iFunny in September 2022 and spread fast on October 7, when a Reddit crosspost and two YouTube uploads landed the same day. By February 2023, iFunny users were posting Dark Souls-themed redraws drawing thousands of smiles. ## Origin iFunnyer @Spoogy shared the earliest known version on September 30, 2022, which earned only four smiles over the following seven months[1]. The next day, October 1, @Loot_Goblin reposted the same drawing and gathered more than 170 smiles, giving the macro its first bump in visibility[2]. The original artist is unconfirmed; @Spoogy's post is simply the earliest documented appearance[5]. - **Platform:** iFunny (origin) / Reddit and YouTube (viral spread) - **Creator:** Unknown - **Date:** 2022 ## Overview The joke rides on the mismatch between the skeleton's wide-eyed shouting pose and the mundane snack it is bragging about eating. Common edits change "two" to a different number, redraw the skeleton as another character, or place the figure onto unrelated screenshots. YouTube and TikTok voice-over versions shout the caption out loud, often set to "Bad to the Bone"[3][4]. Fan redraws tend to show up on Twitter, where artists keep the composition and change the art style[7]. Later iFunny edits lean into crossover material, including Dark Souls-themed recaptions that put the line in a boss or NPC's mouth[9]. The original drawing is crude and hand-sketched, which lets anyone redraw it badly without losing the joke[1]. ## How to Use Common versions keep the skeleton drawing and change the number of corn dogs in the caption, often to an absurd amount. Recaptions can also place a different character where the skeleton stands, or style the whole scene after another franchise[9]. Voice-over edits typically shout the line out like a battle cry[4]. ## Frequently Asked Questions ### What is Today I Will Eat Two Corn Dogs?
