# Victim Weight Victim Weight is a slang label from men's fitness TikTok for guys who sit under a chosen weight cutoff, usually set somewhere between 150 and 200 pounds, with the claim that a smaller frame makes them easy to overpower in a fight. Influencer @horsemeet coined the term in January 2023, and by November a @lifeofstogie TikTok setting the cutoff at 175 pounds hit more than 1.7 million views and set off a long TikTok argument about whether height and body composition belong in the math. ## Origin Influencer @horsemeet coined Victim Weight in a TikTok posted around early January 2023. The original clip was later deleted, and the earliest surviving copy is a January 20, 2023 repost from TikToker @laroywarner[1]. On May 17, 2023, @horsemeet returned to the bit, posting the clip to his Instagram, where it drew more than 88,000 likes over the following year[2]. - **Platform:** TikTok (origin) / Instagram (viral spread) - **Creator:** @horsemeet - **Date:** 2023 ## Overview Posts using Victim Weight usually follow one of two shapes. In the gatekeeping format, a lifter stares into the camera and reads off a cutoff number, telling anyone below it they are physically outmatched by default no matter how much training they claim[1]. The reply format is a duet or stitch where another creator pushes back with before-and-after photos, a bench press number or a height caveat[3]. Tone is almost always dry delivery with a straight face, selling a hard rule, not a joke. Discussion around the term runs into debates about whether a 5'8" man at 160 pounds should count the same as a 6'2" man at 160, whether body fat changes the answer, and whether real fighting skill cancels the gap[7]. Urban Dictionary definitions from the same window list three different cutoffs between 150 and 200 pounds, so arguments often start with disagreeing on the number before they get to physics[5]. ## Frequently Asked Questions ### What is Victim Weight?
