# Viktor Nation, How We Feeling Voice actor Harry Lloyd delivered the lines "Viktor nation, how we feeling?" and "Jayce, jaybe or jaybe not" in character as Arcane's Viktor during a late November 2024 League of Legends TikTok promo. Within days the audio took over Arcane fan spaces, and by early December 2024 TikTokers were renaming their Netflix profiles after the quotes and topping Christmas trees with Viktor cutouts. ## Origin On November 25, 2024, the official @LeagueofLegends TikTok account posted a promo for Arcane's second season in which several of the show's voice actors delivered scripted meme-callback lines in their characters' voices[1]. Harry Lloyd, voicing Viktor, contributed the greeting "Viktor nation, how we feeling?" and the Jayce-flavored Shakespeare bit "Jayce, jaybe or jaybe not"[3]. According to Know Your Meme, the clip reached over 12 million views in its first five days on TikTok[3]. - **Platform:** TikTok - **Creator:** Harry Lloyd - **Date:** 2024 ## Overview Both quotes, Viktor Nation, How We Feeling and Jaybe or Jaybe Not, work as earnest fan rally cries dressed in Viktor's clipped, slightly stilted delivery. "Viktor nation, how we feeling?" greets other Arcane viewers like a host checking in with a crowd, while "Jaybe or jaybe not" leans into the character's canonical fixation on co-protagonist Jayce by puncturing the Hamlet riff with a pun[1]. Posts typically pin the TikTok audio to Arcane fan art, cosplay clips, and ship edits for Viktor and Jayce[2]. On X and Reddit the lines show up as text captions on fan art and shitposts, with the "Viktor Nation" opener used to invite other fans into the replies[6][8]. ## How to Use Creators commonly set the original TikTok audio over Arcane fan art, cosplay, or Jayce and Viktor shipping edits. Written posts often open with "Viktor nation," as a direct address to other Arcane fans, with "jaybe or jaybe not" used as a punchline on Jayce-related content. ## Frequently Asked Questions ### What is Viktor Nation, How We Feeling?
