# Young Indian Method In July 2023, TikToker @enard.ecom coined "Young Indian Method" for a side-hustle format centered on hiring cheap labor from India and boasting about the exploitation on TikTok[2]. By August 2023, X user @largemotorcycle amplified screenshots of a group chat labeled "Indian Slaves" to roughly 74,000 likes in a day[9]. ## Origin In mid-2023, YouTuber Iman Gadzhi began telling his audience to outsource work to countries like Brazil, Romania and India to exploit exchange-rate gaps. His June 6, 2023 video "Do THIS to Make $10,000 as a Student" laid out the pitch at the 4:52 mark[1], and later TikTok posts credited Gadzhi as the inspiration for the Young Indian Method[5]. On July 1, 2023, TikToker @mscceo posted a video with text reading "Pov: You make money of cheap indians"[3]. The next day, @hide69real posted a similar clip advertising a free Telegram group called "IndianMethod"[4]. @enard.ecom officially coined the term on July 4, 2023, in a text-to-speech video declaring the "best side hustle is the Young Indian Method"[2], and uploaded a YouTube companion the same day[6]. - **Platform:** TikTok (YouTube inspiration) - **Creator:** Enard (@enard.ecom) - **Date:** 2023 ## Overview Posts tagged Young Indian Method imitate hustle culture content, with text overlays like "POV: You make money of cheap Indians" or boasts about six-figure earnings from outsourced workers[3]. Many clips use the text-to-speech narration common to TikTok side-hustle genres, and some creators publicize Telegram groups where they claim to coordinate recruitment[4]. The tone sits between genuine business bragging and shock-humor parody, and whether creators are earnest or ironic is often unclear[5]. Edgier posts use usernames and group chat titles like "Indian Slaves" to signal the content is a dark joke about exploitation hustle content, which is a big part of why the format travels well off TikTok onto X. ## How to Use Creators typically open with a POV hook like "You make money off cheap Indians" and let a text-to-speech voice read hustle-culture advice over business b-roll[3]. Common conventions include posting a Telegram group name in the description for viewers who want in on the "method"[4]. ## Frequently Asked Questions ### What is Young Indian Method?
