# You're Blatantly Just Not Me Nan In June 2025, British TikToker @irvo.11 posted a comedy skit retelling Little Red Riding Hood, confronting the wolf in his nan's bed with a dry "you're blatantly just not me nan." The audio sat quietly for over a year before taking off in August 2026 as a TikTok sound used to call out dogs dressed as grandmas and other obvious imposters. ## Origin On June 16th, 2025, British TikToker @irvo.11 uploaded a short comedy skit reworking Little Red Riding Hood for a realistic reaction[4]. He walks in on the Big Bad Wolf tucked into his nan's bed, immediately clocks that it's a wolf, and delivers the line "you're blatantly just not me nan" before the wolf tries to insist otherwise[3]. The original post sat for over a year before its audio was repurposed, eventually passing 10.7 million views on the source video[3]. The skit itself is a one-joke piece built around the gap between the fairy tale's premise, that a child could mistake a wolf for their grandmother, and how the encounter would actually go. - **Platform:** TikTok (source skit) / TikTok (viral audio spread) - **Creator:** @irvo.11 - **Date:** 2025 ## Overview The format pairs @irvo.11's deadpan line with any video where something clearly isn't what it's supposed to be[1]. The most popular versions set the audio over clips of dogs tucked into beds wearing bonnets, nightgowns, or glasses, playing on the Big Bad Wolf gag from the source skit[2]. Other edits drop the line onto museum dioramas, costumed pets, or any staged scene where the "grandmother" is obviously an animal or dummy. Part of the appeal is the delivery. @irvo.11 reads the line with flat British exasperation rather than fear, as if the wolf has done something mildly annoying rather than threatening[3]. That tone is what makes the audio work beyond the fairy-tale premise. Users apply it to any "spot the imposter" bit, including bad photoshops, poorly disguised pets, and visibly fake product knockoffs. ## Frequently Asked Questions ### What is You're Blatantly Just Not Me Nan?
