# Zendaya Wooden Planks Zendaya Wooden Planks is a late-2022 TikTok rumor that steered users to search 'wooden planks' for a fake 'leaked' topless video of actress Zendaya, repackaging a flat-chest insult as insider instructions. The joke started under a POV reaction clip on November 24th, 2022, then spilled onto unrelated TikToks of actual wood boards whose comments filled with people asking 'where's Zendaya?' By mid-December 2022, Twitter users were openly asking for the 'Zendaya wooden plank video' even though no leak existed. ## Origin On November 24th, 2022, TikTok user @showtim3t posted a POV skit cutting from a blank face to a shocked reaction, captioned 'POV: you just seen Zendaya leaks,' which hit over 7.4 million views in a month[1]. Two days later, @viettunnelrat commented 'search wooden planks and you'll find it' underneath, with the reply topping the comment section at more than 25,500 upvotes. The pointer was a joke about Zendaya's body, not a real tip, yet viewers echoed it in their own replies, and 'Zendaya wooden planks' began circulating as if it were a password to private footage[5]. - **Platform:** TikTok (origin) / Twitter (spread) - **Creator:** @viettunnelrat (coined the 'wooden planks' search tip) - **Date:** 2022 ## Overview Behind the instruction to 'search wooden planks' sits a body-shaming punchline comparing Zendaya's chest to a flat board of wood. The gag runs in two stages: viewers watch a reaction clip pretending to show someone finding the supposed Zendaya leak, then a top comment offers the fake search tip, sending curious users to TikTok's woodworking side of the app instead of any lewd footage[1]. There is no real topless video of Zendaya online, making the setup a pure prank payoff[5]. Posts also attach fake teaser images that pretend to be stills from the leak. One widely circulated version shows Zendaya's face above a 'what wild night' banner, lifted from a safe-for-work Snapchat story she had posted earlier[4]. ## How to Use Commenters typically post the 'wooden planks' search cue or an 'where's @Zendaya?' line under reaction skits or unrelated wood-plank TikToks as if sharing a hidden link, keeping the delivery straight-faced so first-time viewers go hunting before the body-shaming punchline lands. ## Frequently Asked Questions ### What is Zendaya Wooden Planks?
