Travis I'm Pregnant Sign is an exploitable image of Kourtney Kardashian at a June 2023 Blink-182 show holding a handmade poster reading 'Travis I'm Pregnant!' to announce her pregnancy with drummer Travis Barker. The sign nodded to the band's 'All the Small Things' music video. Within a week, brand accounts including Duolingo and Subway Surfers posted edits that replaced her text with product promotions.

Overview

Edits of the image keep the layout of Kourtney in the Blink-182 crowd with her white poster held above her head, while the handwritten text gets replaced with whatever joke a user wanted to make1. Humor comes from the sign being both earnest and absurd, a reality star using a teenage concert prank to tell her husband she's pregnant from the floor of his own show2.

Many of the earliest edits came from brand Instagram pages that treated the poster as free ad space, including political accounts and mobile-game marketing teams3. The pose is instantly readable, which let designers overlay almost any product plug or inside joke on the blank poster without losing the reference to the concert moment4.

How to Use This Meme

Typical edits take the June 18th photo of Kourtney holding the poster above her head and replace the 'Travis I'm Pregnant!' handwriting with a different message, often a product plug, political dig or self-aware brand voice gag35. The surrounding concert crowd and lighting are usually left untouched so the Blink-182 context stays legible.
