Overview

"Back With Another Milk Help Guy Screaming For Help With A Milkshake" is a short TikTok clip of a young guy with dyed blonde hair standing alone in a dark parking lot at night. He is wearing a Chick-fil-A uniform, gripping a milkshake, and abruptly yells "help me" straight into the camera2. The sudden switch from mundane fast-food-worker imagery to a horror-movie scream is what makes the clip stick.

The video fit into a wider TikTok trend of creators walking through public places and suddenly screaming for help, and Hayden's take outpaced its predecessors after being posted in March 20232. It jumped from TikTok to iFunny, YouTube, and Instagram, where remixers overlaid captions treating the scream as proof the character was possessed, a skinwalker, or an alien briefly losing control of a human body3.

The underlying scream-for-help format grew out of TikToks by @bandoblaize, who started uploading videos in late 2022 that opened as normal walks through public spaces before he suddenly yelled for help1. His first video of this kind, posted on December 1, 2022, pulled roughly 300,900 plays and 49,600 likes over four months1. That template picked up imitators, and Hayden (@3phayden) filmed his own take on March 26, 2023, standing in a Chick-fil-A uniform in a dark parking lot with a milkshake in hand2. His version drew about 6.3 million plays and 1.6 million likes inside a month, which pushed it well past earlier entries in the trend2.

How to Use This Meme

The common convention is to use the milkshake scream as the payoff of a short video, paired with a top-text caption framing why the character is losing it. Popular templates include first-person alien or skinwalker captions about briefly reclaiming a human body, or absurd inner-monologue jokes about being cursed with forbidden knowledge mid-milkshake2.
