Overview

The meme centers on the specific and unflattering details of York's arrest: a longtime NFL owner responding to a $140 prostitution ad at a trailer park in his Ohio hometown1. Posters latched onto the price point as the punchline, treating the figure as absurdly low for the CEO of a franchise that has appeared in three Super Bowls2. Common formats include quote-tweets speculating about what a $140 encounter would even look like, screenshots of ESPN's straight-faced reporting paired with roast captions, and TikTok reaction videos dissecting the police report line by line5.
