Ryan Creamer's Pornhub Channel is a parody Pornhub account run by CollegeHumor writer Ryan Creamer, who started uploading fully-clothed, wholesome videos to the porn site in October 2018. What began as a one-night gag turned into a two-year run that pulled coverage from Buzzfeed News and made him a fan-favorite oddity buried inside the world's biggest porn platform.

Overview

The format is dead simple: Creamer, fully dressed, performs supportive, polite, or domestic acts framed with Pornhub-style ALL CAPS titles like 'I TUCK YOU IN AFTER YOU HAVE CUM' and 'I DELIVER YOU A PIZZA AND DON'T PUT MY WEINER IN IT'1. The joke lives in the collision between the site's thumbnail conventions, breathless titles and wide-eyed expressions, and content that is aggressively sweet and safe-for-work2.

Creamer told Buzzfeed News that Pornhub users kept messaging him things like 'hey, this just made me feel good,' which pushed him to keep uploading1. The channel grew into a small catalog of genre parodies riffing on step-sibling clips, aftercare, and encouragement videos, all played straight with a big friendly smile3.

On October 12th, 2018, then 26-year-old comic and CollegeHumor writer Ryan Creamer was browsing Pornhub, scrolled to the site's 'Work for Us' tab, and realized anyone could get verified by submitting a picture of their face next to a piece of paper with their name on it1. Once approved, he uploaded his first video the same night, 'I Tuck You in After You Have Cum,' in which a fully-clothed Creamer performs the title's action with a jolly smile and kisses the camera goodnight2.

Creamer told Buzzfeed News the channel was not preplanned and that the first video was the only idea he had, but Reddit picked it up within days1.

How It Spread

The channel's first wave came from Reddit. On November 1st, 2018, a compilation of Creamer's thumbnails hit r/WholesomeMemes and pulled over 10,000 upvotes, according to the Know Your Meme entry4. A Tumblr repost by user awesomacious on November 22nd kept the screenshots moving between communities4.

The breakout moment came on January 30th, 2019, when Twitter user @silicondomme posted a grid of Creamer video thumbnails that pulled more than 44,000 retweets and 131,000 likes, kicking off coverage from Buzzfeed News1 and outlets including Daily Dot and News.com.au4. Creamer leaned into the attention with follow-up uploads like 'I Encourage You As You Continue Searching For The Right Video To Cum To'1 and later 'I, Your Step Brother, Decline Your Advances but Am Flattered'3.

Creamer retired the account on October 12th, 2020, exactly two years to the day after his first upload, announcing the end on Twitter with a note that the videos 'added so much fun to my life'; the retirement tweet drew over 6,000 likes and 700 retweets within a day4.
