Originally a trailer for the fetish film 'Hungry Bitches,' it escaped niche distribution and hit mainstream shock sites in mid-2007.

How It Spread

The video spread through a combination of shock site sharing and the dare format - people would challenge friends to watch it and film their reactions. This created a secondary viral loop where the reaction videos themselves drove awareness of the original. By late 2007, it had penetrated mainstream awareness through news coverage and celebrity reactions.
