Ibo Eshak Ibohammad Eshakur is the meme name attached to an Instagram Hood Irony admin whose edited selfie fed two separate meme cycles: a 2019 Instagram running joke that he was secretly rapper Drake, and a 2023 Spanish-language TikTok creepypasta known as Ibohammad Eshakur.

Overview

Ibo Eshak, also known as Ibohammad Eshakur or Ibrahim Evans, is the online alias of an Instagram Hood Irony page admin who ran the accounts @cumcoochie and @60percent.homo1. His edited selfie is the visual anchor for two overlapping meme cycles: an Instagram in-joke claiming he was secretly rapper Drake, and a later Spanish-language creepypasta that treated the same photo as an eerie found image5. Eshak also releases meme rap under the handle 60PERCENTHOMO on Last.fm4.

The image most people know from the meme is a warped, over-processed selfie first posted on X on April 28th, 20215. By 2023, that single photo turned into shorthand for both the Drake joke and the creepypasta, showing up across Instagram edits and Spanish TikTok compilations3.

Reddit posts on r/Instagramirony identified Ibo Eshak as the admin behind @cumcoochie and @60percenthomo during the late 2010s Hood Irony wave1. In 2019, a running joke inside that scene pinned him as the secret real identity of Drake, with edits swapping between the two faces. A May 13th, 2019 post from Instagram user @gang.manny is one of the earliest examples of the Drake bit, followed by an October 20th, 2019 transition edit from @gangster.hoodthug8. @cumcoochie went dormant in the early 2020s and @60percenthomo was deleted, pushing Eshak onto backup accounts with near-identical handles3.

How It Spread

Spanish-speaking users picked up the picture in mid-2023 and rebuilt it into a creepypasta called Ibohammad Eshakur. On August 13th, 2023, TikToker @muusuey posted a "Do you love me? Do you need me? Yes or no" clip using the edited selfie, which pulled about 1.2 million plays and 125,200 likes in three weeks2. A second @muusuey creepy edit uploaded the same day added roughly 40,600 more plays.

The trend broke into Spanish TikTok on August 16th, 2023, when @aanto._12 shared a video that reached around 245,600 plays and 13,500 likes in three weeks7. A week later, on August 23rd, 2023, @sir_popcat posted an explainer video describing the creepypasta lore, which involved an alleged defunct YouTube channel where Eshak posted Arabic memes in 2008; that clip hit roughly 1.4 million plays and 144,500 likes in 13 days6.

Word of the Spanish creepypasta looped back to the original Instagram Hood Irony community in August and September 2023, where the older Drake gag collided with the newer horror framing5. Outside of the TikTok wave, Eshak still uploads meme rap tracks under 60PERCENTHOMO on Last.fm4.

How to Use This Meme

The template typically pairs Eshak's warped selfie with unsettling audio or text overlays, often the "Do you love me? Do you need me?" style prompt popularized by @muusuey2. Hood Irony edits usually crossfade the selfie into a Drake photo or label it "Drake" outright8, while the Spanish creepypasta version leans into eerie captions treating the face as a haunted image6.
