"BFF4L" by Holottacheese

The "BFF4L" trend works as a tonal whiplash lip dub. Users open with a harsh scream mouthing "Put his body in the attic if he say shit," then snap into a sing-song delivery of "Drop that body off girl, let's get our nails done," typically shifting facial expression, camera angle, or outfit between the two halves5. The gag lives in that jump cut between menace and cheerful indifference.

Common variations use props like nail files or hairbrushes, friend duets where each person takes one half, or narrative setups pretending to react to a partner's bad behavior. The screamed lyric gives the sound its unofficial second name and became the hook people identify the trend by1.

Creators typically film in two beats. First, mime the screamed "Put his body in the attic if he say shit" line with an angry or feral expression. Then flip to a cheerful delivery of "Drop that body off girl, let's get our nails done," often cutting to a new outfit or camera angle. The joke depends on the abrupt switch, so exaggerated mood shifts tend to land best1.
