Overview

Hello StreetCat is a Chinese livestream app where viewers can dispense food to street cats through remote-controlled feeders. Mr. Fresh, an orange cat regular, earned his nickname because he refused older kibble and would sit staring at the camera until someone paid for a fresh drop 2. He also picked up the names Brother Fresh, Side Eye Cat, and Suspicious Cat Meme 7.

The clip that made him famous shows him shooting a sharp side-eye at the camera while waiting for food 3. That look turned him into a reaction template for suspicion, impatience, and judgment. He sits alongside other Hello StreetCat regulars like the Cat Eating Then Looking Up cat, both of whom picked up fan art and remixes in early 2024 7.
