Overview

The MrBeast Files refers to the video 'The MrBeast Files Are Really Bad,' a long-form receipts compilation attacking YouTuber Jimmy Donaldson and his companies1. Rather than breaking new reporting, InternetJanitor stitched together previously surfaced material: allegations from former employees, court filings, public records and reporting from creators like DogPack404, Rosanna Pansino and Coffeezilla3.

The format is deliberately dense, walking through Donaldson's early internet persona, on-camera comments, production practices, business ventures and charity projects as one continuous argument1. It became a shorthand in drama circles for the whole pile of MrBeast criticism, with clips and screencaps recirculating on TikTok and X after the original upload was hit with copyright claims2.

The catalyst was not a single new scandal but the accumulated years of MrBeast-related drama, which InternetJanitor packaged into one lengthy indictment covering Donaldson's public persona versus his alleged conduct behind the scenes3.

The video pulled from earlier investigations by DogPack404, Rosanna Pansino and Coffeezilla, alongside court filings and other public records3. It hit roughly 3 million views within about four days of upload before being pulled and later reinstated in various forms1.

How It Spread

Discussion of the MrBeast Files jumped quickly from InternetJanitor's usual audience into wider YouTube drama spaces, helped by the sheer breadth of accusations packed into one video1. TikTok reaction edits and reactions started appearing within days, with creators like @garyspamsue and @h1t1 posting clips playing off the video's momentum67.

A second controversy hit when the original upload was reportedly blocked by copyright claims involving SuperBam or a similar rights-management service3.
