Voice actor Harry Lloyd delivered the lines "Viktor nation, how we feeling?" and "Jayce, jaybe or jaybe not" in character as Arcane's Viktor during a late November 2024 League of Legends TikTok promo. Within days the audio took over Arcane fan spaces, and by early December 2024 TikTokers were renaming their Netflix profiles after the quotes and topping Christmas trees with Viktor cutouts.

Overview

Both quotes, Viktor Nation, How We Feeling and Jaybe or Jaybe Not, work as earnest fan rally cries dressed in Viktor's clipped, slightly stilted delivery. "Viktor nation, how we feeling?" greets other Arcane viewers like a host checking in with a crowd, while "Jaybe or jaybe not" leans into the character's canonical fixation on co-protagonist Jayce by puncturing the Hamlet riff with a pun1.

Posts typically pin the TikTok audio to Arcane fan art, cosplay clips, and ship edits for Viktor and Jayce2. On X and Reddit the lines show up as text captions on fan art and shitposts, with the "Viktor Nation" opener used to invite other fans into the replies68.
