Painis Cupcake, also known as Penis Cupcake, is a fan-made Team Fortress 2 character built from a mangled Soldier model who deadpans 'I am Painis Cupcake. I will eat you' before cannibalizing his victims. Overview

Painis Cupcake, also spelled Penis Cupcake, uses the standard Team Fortress 2 Soldier model, usually shown twisted or broken, wearing an unnerving grin as he shuffles toward a target and eats them alive1. The line itself is a splice job.
