The 'Fix Mojang Bedrock' copypasta, also called 'Fix Bedrock Mojang,' took over Minecraft comment sections starting November 2025 after Bedrock edition players hit a memory leak crash and a cursor escape bug. What began as a real complaint kept spamming long after the fixes shipped, turning into a running joke across Minecraft YouTube and Reddit throughout 2026.

Overview

The joke works because the phrasing barely varies. Users drop 'fix Bedrock Mojang' or the mangled 'fix Mojang Bedrock' under any Minecraft-adjacent video regardless of topic, and screenshots of comment threads packed with the phrase became their own subgenre1. Many attribute the persistence to bots that automatically repost the line on Mojang and Minecraft uploads, which also explains why the word order sometimes flips into the mistyped 'fix Mojang Bedrock' version1.

Video creators built on the format with compilations, glitched-world skits, and reaction videos about the endless spam3. The tone sits somewhere between sincere frustration at Bedrock's stability and pure shitposting, since both readings are technically valid. The comment kept appearing months after Mojang purportedly patched the bugs, at which point it stopped being a complaint and started being a bit.

The catalyst was a rough patch for Minecraft's Bedrock edition in November 2025, including a bug on the PC version that let the cursor drift outside the game window and a memory leak that could crash a computer2. Comments demanding Mojang fix Bedrock stacked up under Minecraft YouTube videos within days. On November 11, 2025, Reddit user LexonTheDragon posted to /r/Minecraft asking why everyone was suddenly telling Mojang to fix Bedrock, drawing about 23 upvotes2.

The format crystallized a week later when, on November 18, 2025, Redditor Wrong_Election posted a screenshot to /r/PhoenixSC titled 'For the last 6 days, the top comment of all Minecraft YouTube posts have been Fix bedrock,' pulling over 1,900 upvotes2.

How It Spread

The copypasta stopped being a bug complaint and started being a meme in early 2026. On January 26, 2026, YouTuber Yrrah dropped a full video breaking down the comment wave that pulled over one million views across the next seven months1. The video traced how the line had detached from any specific bug and become a reflexive response under anything Mojang-related.

By summer 2026 the format had moved fully onto short-form video. On July 28, 2026, TikToker @minecraftmods.site posted a clip of a glitched Minecraft flower captioned with the copypasta, collecting over 91,000 likes in a month3. Other TikTokers ran the joke on their own glitch clips and Minecraft rants45. Additional skit and complaint uploads featuring the phrase kept surfacing on TikTok through mid-202667.

The comment also spread beyond Mojang's own uploads into YouTube's official channel and unrelated Minecraft creator videos, working as a running gag about corporate feedback that never actually reaches anyone.

How to Use This Meme

There's barely any template to learn. Type 'fix Bedrock Mojang' or the flipped 'fix Mojang Bedrock' as a comment under any Minecraft-related video, image, or post, whether or not the content mentions Bedrock edition1. Video creators typically overlay the caption on footage of a Minecraft bug, glitch, or texture oddity they want to complain about3.
